AB60 Driver’s License

Undocumented Immigrants can now drive in California!

Because of the organizing to restore access to driver’s licenses for the past two decades, the passage of the Safe and Responsible Driver Act (AB 60) in 2013, came to fruition. Since January 1, 2015, eligible California residents are able to apply for a driver’s license, regardless of immigration status. An AB 60 license cannot be used for certain federal purposes and has a marking. Visit Drive CA for more information.
